Feasibility Study

Phase I
Identification of an operator would start with Mission Consulting putting forth a brief of the feasibility report recently carried out on the project. Mission Consulting will indicate the potential for the venture to the prospective brands. The following fundamentals will be shared:

  • Overall feasibility of proposed venture
  • Demand & Supply analysis
  • Depth and make-up of current and potential markets
  • Competitor survey & market study
  • Positioning and recommended pricing for products and services
  • Development costs

Identification of potential operators

Phase II
We would assist in identifying and negotiating with the potential operators for the proposed development and provide information on the potential terms and conditions that would be appropriate for such a facility.

At the conclusion of this study, SHS will have produced the following deliverables for the Client:

  • LOI and Term Sheet from a Shortlisted Operators/ Investor at Phase 1
  • Signing up with operator of choice
